The festive December started for the wines from the Thracian Lowlands PGI with a spectacular ‘Europe Shares‘ Thracian Festival at Henry VIII’s Palace Garden in London.
The English society tasted more than 30 wines, including the unique Bulgarian grape varieties Mavrud, Rubin, Vrachanski Misket, Dimyat, Tamyanka, and enjoyed Thracian folklore performances culminating in a colorful round dance. The three-day festival was attended by over 15,000 people.
